Friday I’m in Love[]
Rodrigo surprised the crowd at Glastonbury by bringing out Robert Smith of The Cure to perform their hit “Friday I’m in Love.” Before the song, she introduced him as “maybe the best songwriter to ever come out of England” and called him one of her heroes. The performance was playful, fun, and instantly became one of the most talked-about moments of her set.
Just Like Heaven[]
Right after “Friday I’m in Love,” Rodrigo and Smith kept the magic going with The Cure’s classic “Just Like Heaven.” They traded lines and then sang together on the chorus, which got the whole crowd screaming along. At the end, they hugged on stage and Olivia said how honored she was to share the moment with him, making it one of the most emotional highlights of the night.

Promotion and release[]
The live version of “Friday I’m in Love” and “Just Like Heaven” with Robert Smith was announced as the first single from Live from Glastonbury (a BBC recording). It was released on CD as a single and digital formats, making them the only tracks from the set to get a physical single release.
Promotion for the singles leaned heavily on the hype around Olivia’s Glastonbury collab with Robert Smith, which had already gone viral online. Short clips from the Pyramid Stage performance were posted to Olivia’s socials, while BBC Music shared highlights of the duet across their channels. Fans quickly started calling it one of the most iconic crossovers of the festival.
The CD single features live artwork from the Glastonbury set and was made available in limited quantities through Olivia’s official store.
